What We Check Before Packing
- Incoming material is checked before it goes into the casting or moulding cell.
- Castings and mouldings are inspected in process, not only at the end of the line.
- Load bearing models are checked on our own lift weight test rig.
- Plating and coating tone is compared against the approved reference sample.
- Counting and packing are checked before the carton is closed.

Fitting And Handling Notes
- Mark the centre line of the lid first and set the piece out from that line, not from an edge.
- Use the screw size stated in the specification. A longer screw can break through a thin lid panel.
- Drill a pilot hole in hardwood. Driving straight into hardwood can split the panel or strip the casting.
- Fit decoration after the coffin is polished, so polish and wax do not build up around the ornament.
- Where the piece will be fixed outdoors on stone, ask for the stainless or brass version instead.
