Do you work with buyers like us directly?
Yes. We sell direct from the factory in Wenzhou. There is no agent between you and the production line, which is why we can answer a technical question about a casting rather than pass it on.
What quantities do you need to see before quoting?
Minimum order quantities are stated on each product page and are commonly 1000 or 2000 pieces, or 100 sets for handle sets. Tell us the reference and the quantity and we will confirm.
Can you match a fitting we already buy from someone else?
Often, yes. Send a photograph with the key dimensions on WhatsApp. If we already make something close we will point you to the reference; if not we can quote tooling for it.
How do the goods reach us?
FCL or LCL out of Wenzhou. Most of our production has gone to Europe. Ask the sales department for freight and transit time to your port.
What if a delivery has a problem?
Contact the sales team with photographs and the reference number. Because the tooling and the production line are both ours, we can trace a batch back rather than referring you to a third party.
