What Is In The Building

Questions About Quality And Capability

How do you make sure a handle can carry the load?

We have lift weight testing equipment in the factory. Load bearing models are checked during production and the result is recorded against the reference, rather than quoting a figure from a catalogue.

What quality checks happen during production?

Incoming material is checked before the casting or moulding cell. Castings and mouldings are inspected in process. Plating and coating tone is compared against the approved reference sample. Count and pack are verified before the carton is closed.

What documents can travel with an order?

Packing list, material description and the lift weight test record for load bearing models. Ask before the order is confirmed so the paperwork is prepared in time.

Do you carry out pre-shipment inspection?

Yes. We carry out pre-ship inspection as part of our quality control before goods leave the factory.

Can we visit the factory?

Yes. The factory is at Xishan 27#, Tengqiao Industry Park, Lucheng District, Wenzhou. Contact the sales team ahead of time so someone who knows the production line is available.

What if something is wrong with a delivery?

Send photographs and the reference number to the sales team. Because the tooling and the line are both ours, a batch can be traced back rather than referred to a third party.
