Two suppliers can cast the same shape and still produce fittings that look nothing alike, because the finish does most of the visual work. Metal parts are hand polished and electroplated; plastic parts are vacuum metallized and colour coated. Both routes end at the same place: a tone that has to be repeatable, because a coffin factory cannot re-order a handle that no longer matches the coffins already on the floor.

From First Enquiry To Delivered Goods

Reference

We agree the tone against a physical sample rather than a colour name.

Polishing

Cast parts are hand polished. Plating cannot hide a poorly polished surface.

Plating

Electroplating to gold, nickel, antique brass, antique copper or chrome.

Metallizing

Plastic parts are vacuum metallized then colour coated; some ABS parts also take antique tones.

Check

Production is compared back to the approved reference before packing.

Record

The approved reference is kept so repeat orders start from the same point.

What do you need from us to start?

A drawing, a physical sample or clear photographs with the sizes marked. For a finish question, a physical sample of the tone you want to match is worth more than any colour name.

Who owns the mould?

Tooling developed for your design stays at our Wenzhou factory and is kept for your account, so repeat orders run from the same tool rather than from a copy.

How long does tooling take?

It depends on the complexity of the part. We quote the mould cost, the unit price at your expected quantity and the lead time to first samples together, so you can decide with all three in front of you.

Can we see samples before production?

Yes. First samples in the specified finish go out for your approval before any production run starts. We can provide samples for most catalogue products as well.

What are the payment terms?

T/T or L/C. If you have a specific payment method in mind, contact the sales team to confirm whether it is acceptable.
