Metal Coffin Handles In Zamak Steel And Stainless Steel

Die cast zamak handles polished by hand and electroplated to gold nickel antique brass or antique copper

Metal handles are the core of our production. The claw or arm is die cast in Zamak #3, hand polished, then electroplated. Depending on the model the bar is cast zamak, a steel tube or a stainless steel round bar, so one design can be built as a fixed handle, a movable swing handle or a long handle bar for the full length of a coffin side.

How many metal handle models do you produce?
This section of the catalogue currently holds 94 references. Every one of them is made on our own tooling at the Wenzhou factory, and new designs are added as moulds are developed.
What are the minimum order quantities in this range?
Minimums in this range run from 1000pcs to 2000pcs. They differ by reference because tooling and plating batch sizes differ, so the figure on each product page is the one that applies.
What is the lead time?
Lead time in this range is typically 30days after the order is confirmed. We sometimes hold stock, so ask before you assume the full lead time applies.
Which finishes can I have?
Finish options depend on the reference and include Antique Brass; Antique Copper; GP, AB or AC. We agree the tone against a physical sample and keep that reference for repeat orders.
Are these load tested?
Load bearing models in this range carry a stated lift weight, from 150kgs to More than 150kgs. Testing is done on our own lift weight rig during production rather than quoted from a catalogue.
Can you develop a design we own?
Yes. We invested in our own moulds from the start and continue to develop new tooling. Send a drawing, a sample or a photograph and we will quote the mould and the unit price.
Can I get samples first?
Yes, we can provide samples for most products in this range. Contact the sales team to discuss the details and the cost.
How do you ship?
FCL or LCL out of Wenzhou. Most of our production goes to Europe, and we ship worldwide. Contact the sales department for freight cost and transit time.
