Plastic Coffin Handles For Cremation And Economy Coffins
Injection moulded ABS and PP handles vacuum metallized to a gold silver or copper finish
Plastic handles are moulded in ABS or PP, then vacuum metallized and colour coated so they read as gold, silver or copper at a fraction of the cost of cast metal. Reinforced versions carry a steel bar or steel wire inside the moulding, which is what allows a plastic handle to hold a real bearing load rather than serve as decoration only.

How many plastic handle models do you produce?
This section of the catalogue currently holds 41 references. Every one of them is made on our own tooling at the Wenzhou factory, and new designs are added as moulds are developed.
What are the minimum order quantities in this range?
Minimums in this range run from 1000pcs to 5000pcs. They differ by reference because tooling and plating batch sizes differ, so the figure on each product page is the one that applies.
What is the lead time?
Lead time in this range is typically 30days after the order is confirmed. We sometimes hold stock, so ask before you assume the full lead time applies.
Which finishes can I have?
Finish options depend on the reference and include Antique Brass or Antique Copper; Gold; Gold or Silver. We agree the tone against a physical sample and keep that reference for repeat orders.
Are these load tested?
Load bearing models in this range carry a stated lift weight, from 35kg/pc to None, decoration purpose only. Testing is done on our own lift weight rig during production rather than quoted from a catalogue.
Can you develop a design we own?
Yes. We invested in our own moulds from the start and continue to develop new tooling. Send a drawing, a sample or a photograph and we will quote the mould and the unit price.
Can I get samples first?

How do you ship?
FCL or LCL out of Wenzhou. Most of our production goes to Europe, and we ship worldwide. Contact the sales department for freight cost and transit time.
