The 1005AB is one type swing bar handle, which made of zinc alloy point, and 20x20mm square steel bar, with ABS plastic end cap. The produce by die casting, and polished. The color can be plated into gold, antique brass or antique copper.
It’s an traditional type of UK coffin, and 6pcs of 30cm handle and 2 pcs per T bar install on one coffin.
The screw used for self driling screw 4x20mm, and each handle can lift more than 150kg weight.

Use Guide
Fitting And Handling Notes
- Set out the handle positions along the coffin side and mark all screw holes before driving anything.
- Drill pilot holes in hardwood. Chipboard and MDF need the correct screw type or the thread will strip.
- Use the screw size stated in the specification. Too long and it breaks through the inside face.
- Tighten evenly across both fixing points rather than fully seating one side first.
- For a movable handle, check the bar swings and returns freely before the coffin leaves the bench.
- Never rely on fewer handles than the coffin weight calls for. Divide the loaded weight by the rated lift weight and add margin.
